Who we are

TPP Intelligence ("we", "us") is a TPP-developed analytics tool that lets content creators aggregate performance data across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Simplecast into a single dashboard, and generates audience and content insights via fine-tuned LLM models. The application is hosted at intelligence.tpp.network.

Data we collect

We only access data belonging to accounts the user explicitly authorizes through each platform's official OAuth flow. Each user sees only data from the channels they have connected. Specifically:

YouTube Data API & YouTube Analytics API — channel, video, and analytics data for the YouTube channel the user connects. We request the youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly scopes. We do not upload, modify, or delete any content on YouTube.
Meta Graph API (Instagram + Facebook) — media, insights, and comments for Instagram and Facebook Pages the user connects.
Simplecast API — podcast, episode, and listening analytics for shows the user connects.

We do not collect data from end-user viewers, listeners, or commenters beyond what those platforms already publicly expose through their official APIs (e.g., a public comment, an aggregated country breakdown, a public display name).

How we use the data

Render performance dashboards for the authenticated user to view their own channel's data.
Summarize audience sentiment using AI models (Anthropic Claude) and fine-tuned LLMs.
Generate content and audience insight reports for the user.

We do notsell, rent, trade, or transfer any of this data to third parties. We do not use it to train public-facing AI models. Users do not see each other's data.

Where data is stored

Analytics data is stored in a private Supabase (Postgres) database with row-level security enabled. Authentication is performed via Supabase Auth; a user's session can only read rows tied to the channels they authorized.

Google user data

TPP Intelligence's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access Google user data only on behalf of the authenticating user, only for the YouTube channel they authorize, and only to render analytics dashboards and insights for that same user.

Retention & deletion

We retain a user's analytics data while their account is active. Users may revoke the application's OAuth access at any time via their Google Account permissions page (and the equivalent settings on Meta and Simplecast), or by contacting us. Upon revocation we stop fetching new data and delete stored analytics for that account within 30 days on request.
